Medellín

I have been in Medellin many times because I have family there, I think that Medellin is a beautiful city with many plans to do and places to enjoy, I love the Medellin’s weather  because for me is neither too hot nor too cold. The first time I went to Medellin I was excited for use the cable car, at the beginning the experience was a bit scary, but after  it was totally amazing, although in some parts of the route I think we was going to crash with the near houses. I think Medellin is more organized than Cali and they have more belonging's sense than us.

While I was in Medellin sometimes with my family, I had the opportunity to travel to Medellin with my volleyball’s school team, it was in the 2011, we traveled to participate in the “Olimpiadas de la Amistad”, it is a tournament in who participate teams from all the country and our team was invited to be part of it. The championship had a very good direction, excellent games scenarios and the most important it was broadcasted by television. In the second match we lost against the strongest rival, however we classified to the final and we beat the team who was beat us before.

                                                                  

In that opportunity we had to cross the entire city every time we had a match, in one of those travels we lost the metro and we almost lose for default, but fortunately we didn't arrive too late, another problem was that some of my teammates got sick by unknown reasons but this incident happened when we had easy matches. notwithstanding these events, it was amazing win a championship of that category and we came back full of proud to the school and everybody congratulated us, i would love it repeat that experience again. this experiencie go to be in my mind for ever.
